DML is a member of the Schulte Group. The Schulte Group is a multi-faceted organisation involved in many shipping related activities.

Ship owners - the group owns over 90 vessels
Ship Management - the group consists of six ship management companies which are responsible for the management of over 400 vessels, including 80 Gas Vessels, and has wholly-owned crew recruitment agencies in Poland, Myanmar, Sierra Leone, Philippines, India, Latvia, Estonia and Australia.

The Schulte Group companies operate independently but work closely together to pool resources when required. The Group is today one of the largest shipmanagers in the world with a fleet comprising of LPG & LNG carriers, ethylene carriers, chemical tankers, product tankers, crude oil carriers, container vessels, bulk carriers and more specialized ships such as FPSO's, FSO's and shuttle vessels.
